We are happy that you are considering a visit to the Red Bird Missionary Conference. We know that because of our rural location, visitors don't just "wander in or drop by" - it takes an extra effort on your part to visit our ministries.
Because of this, we want your trip to be the best possible experience so you may go home and share how you are making a difference in the lives of people in southeastern Kentucky through the work of our ministries.
IT IS CRITICAL THAT RESERVATIONS FOR TOURS, MEALS AND/OR HOUSING BE MADE IN ADVANCE.
Because the area is semi-isolated and our guest accommodations (meals/lodging/etc.) are limited, it is essential that you make reservations in advance. Tours are scheduled on an individual basis to better meet each group's needs.
The Red Bird Missionary Conference would be happy to arrange a visit for you, your church, or your district or other group.
The Red Bird Missionary Conference Visitor Coordinator will make all reservations concerning your visit and housing. This includes contacting Henderson Settlement, Red Bird Mission & Red Bird Clinic, and any Churches or Outreach Centers you may want to visit during your trip.
Please contact the Visitor Coordinator directly, so we may avoid tour schedule/housing conflicts.
Please take some time a browse through this portion of our website.
Here you will find helpful information including directions, sample tour schedules, maps, meals, housing/motel info, and a very important visitor's information form that can be filled out and submitted on-line so you may receive the visitor's packet that has all the necessary forms and information to arrange your visit.
